About SAAF Services
SAAF Services is a Cameroonian refrigeration and air-conditioning company based in Yaoundé. Since 2009 we have serviced vehicle air conditioning and equipped homes, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and industrial sites across the country.
Our story
SAAF Services started in Yaoundé in 2009 from a simple observation: most air-conditioning failures in Cameroon are not caused by the equipment but by the installation. Wrong sizing, rushed brazing, evacuation skipped, condensate drainage improvised — and a compressor that gives up after two seasons.
We built the company around the opposite: capacity calculated, installation done properly, and follow-up that does not stop at the invoice. Twelve years on, the team includes technicians trained in refrigerant handling and works from Yaoundé to Douala, Bafoussam and Kribi.
Our mission
To make refrigeration reliable and affordable in Cameroon. That means choosing the right equipment for the real workload, installing it correctly, and servicing it before it fails — rather than selling a new machine every three years.
It also means supporting shopkeepers and industrial clients on what matters to them: an unbroken cold chain, stock that keeps, and an electricity bill under control.
The same standard now applies to water: a borehole surveyed before it is drilled, equipped to last and looked after afterwards — because a borehole left alone costs more than one that is maintained.
