What we collect

When you complete the contact or quote form, we store the information you enter: name, email address, phone number, company where given, and the content of your message. We also record your IP address and the referring page, solely to detect automated submissions.

Why we collect it

This data is used only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our work. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and contact messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, matching our commercial follow-up and installation warranty periods. You may request deletion at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers. A technical session cookie is used only for form security (cross-site request forgery protection) and for the admin area. It expires when the browser closes.

If audience measurement is enabled, it runs in anonymised mode with no advertising sharing.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to contact@saafservices.com. We reply within thirty days.

Security

Data is stored on a secured server, traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and admin access is protected by strong passwords and login attempt limiting.
