Cold room installation
Made-to-measure chilled and freezer rooms: heat-load study, panel assembly, condensing unit, controls and commissioning.
A cold room has to be designed before it is bought. Usable volume, set-point, loading rate, insulation of the surrounding space, available electrical supply — every parameter changes which condensing unit is right.
What we deliver
- Requirement study: chilled (0 to +8 °C) or freezer (-18 to -25 °C), volume and heat load
- Assembly of insulated panels, door, floor and lighting
- Condensing unit and evaporator fitted, refrigerant lines run
- Controls, automatic defrost, temperature alarm
- Commissioning, pull-down and training for your team
Why the heat-load calculation matters
An undersized unit will not hold set-point in the hot season; an oversized one short-cycles and wears out its compressor. We calculate the load before quoting a price — that is the difference between a cold room that lasts ten years and one that fails in its second.
