Complete refrigeration fit-out for a mini-market
Wall cabinets, a freezer island and a back-of-house cold room installed and commissioned in a week, before opening day.
The brief
A neighbourhood mini-market to equip completely before opening, with a seven-day deadline and an existing distribution board limited to 60 A.
Our solution
Twelve metres of chilled wall cabinets, a freezer island, a 9 m³ chilled room at the back, and staggered start-ups so the available current is never exceeded. Centralised control with temperature readings visible from the counter.
The outcome
The shop opened on the planned date. No main breaker trip since commissioning, despite the frequent power cuts in the area.
