Audit and upgrade of 31 air conditioners in a clinic
A full survey of 31 units, leaks treated and electrical protection corrected.
The brief
A clinic running 31 air conditioners installed by three different contractors over ten years. A steadily rising electricity bill, an average of two breakdowns a month, and no record of past work.
Our solution
Unit-by-unit survey: capacity, age, running current, condenser condition, leak testing. We found seven slow leaks, four completely blocked condensers and three undersized protection devices. The upgrade ran over six weeks, starting with the patient rooms.
The outcome
A clear drop in consumption from the first full quarter, and a single breakdown across the following four months. The clinic now has an up-to-date inventory and a preventive maintenance schedule.
