Office and commercial air conditioning
Design and installation of multi-zone air conditioning: cassettes, ducted systems and multi-splits for open-plan offices, meeting rooms and shops.
Cooling an office floor is not the same job as cooling a living room. Occupancy density, IT heat gain, façade orientation and acceptable noise in a working space all change the answer.
What we install
- Four-way cassettes recessed into the ceiling: even distribution, visually discreet
- Ducted systems where there is a false ceiling, with return air and distributed grilles
- Multi-splits when one outdoor unit has to serve several rooms
What we study before quoting
Zone-by-zone heat load, outdoor unit placement (maintenance access, noise for neighbours), line and condensate routing, and the existing distribution board. The quote arrives with a layout drawing.
